The ribbon blender mixes powders of different densities and semi-wet materials consistently. Ribbon blades of different plans are used to suit the requirement of different materials. The ribbon blender consists of a semi-cylindrical shell that rotates a shaft fixed with a spiral inner and outer Ribbons. The ribbon mixer features a U-shaped horizontal tank and a specially designed ribbon insulator. A ribbon rebellion consists of a set of internal and external helical rebels. 

The outer ribbon moves objects in one direction and the inner ribbon moves objects in the opposite direction. The ribbons rotate approximately. Moves objects radially and sideways at 300 fpm to insure complete mixing during short rotation times. Ribbon insulators are used for blends that are 40 to 100% of the estimated capacity of the blender.
